With an Indian Summer embracing Ireland this month, there is still some time to enjoy some cold brew. Luckily, Dublin boasts coffee houses ready to quench our thirst for iced coffees. Here is a quick peek at my fave spots. Check out the whole blog post at TheTaste.ie review:
Vice Coffee, Wigwam on Middle Abbey Street
Their fabulous Vietnamese Iced Coffee is a real life saver on a sunny day. No surprise, this pick-me-up treat is a must for any under-the-sun stroll around Dublin.
Proper Order Coffee Co., Haymarket Street, Smithfield
My winner here is an Iced Latte. This cold wonder kept me going during this year’s unexpected heat waves. The gang is also serving Cascara Soda, a delish brew made of dried fruit of the coffee cherry.
Krüst Bakery, South Great George’s Street
If you are a fan of cold brew coffee, Nitro Brew should be on your list pronto. This stout-like coffee will get you buzzing in no time.

Kaph, Drury Street
For all matcha addicts out there, Kaph is serving a super refreshing Iced Matcha this summer. It’s a great drink to re-energize your body. Plus, it is rich in fibre and vitamins – what a combo!
Dublin Cookie Co, Thomas Street
As a cookie monster, Dublin Cookie Co is a real treasure trove for me. They don’t only spoil me with fresh sugar bites but also offer tasty iced coffees and cold milk drinks. Coffee-flavoured milk and cookies are like my ultimate sugar-powered dream.
Love Is Art Atelier, Grand Strand Street, off Capel Street
Their Iced Cappuccino is always served with freshly whipped cream, which makes this drink a perfect Sunday treat. The Iced Green Latte was absolutely mind-blowing: sweet and velvety. Currently, this green sensation is off the menu – I hope for its comeback in 2017.
