Ebb and Flow Coffee
Powered by Full Circle Roasters, Ebb and Flow Coffee is a blue gem neatly tucked away on Clontarf Road. It’s a petite coffee house nestled just a 2-minute walk from the Food Room. When stepping in, I am welcomed by a simple and bright interior – the space is bathed in vibrant hues of blue, brown and white. I take over the front window seat overlooking the bay, soaking up the afternoon sunshine pouring into the coffee house. I am about to order my first latte, but end up spending the next 10 minutes chatting to the cheerful baristas about coffee. I find myself smiling uncontrollably – the whole crew are walking rays of sunshine. My cup of joe is great: creamy and smooth. It’s delicately tart – perfect to enjoy with a brownie or on its own.

The coffee house features new blends each month, specially focused on Irish roasters. This time they had beans from TwoFifty Square Coffee, a Dublin roastery located in Rathmines.
There is so much good stuff to enjoy that it should be definitely be on every coffeeholic’s trail. Make sure to stop by to #LetCoffeeTalk.
